Cancellation Policy

We respect that your time is valuable and

we appreciate your understanding that ours is too.

 

To cancel a session, please notify us by calling (07) 3142 0806. If you are cancelling outside of working hours, please email us at sparkpaediatric@gmail.com.

 

Regular Sessions

• If you cancel a session and provide at least 1 full business days' notice (24 hours) prior to your appointment or more, no cancellation fee is charged

• If you cancel and provide less than 1 full business days' notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the appointment fee

• If you fail to notify us that you won’t be attending your session, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment fee

 

Intensive Blocks

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your understanding that ours is too. To cancel a session, please notify us by calling (07) 3142 0806 or emailing sparkpaediatric@gmail.com. If you are cancelling outside of hours, please use our email address or respond to your appointment reminder text message.

 

• If you need to cancel or make changes to your intensive block and you provide more than 45 days notice before your block start date, a $500 service fee will apply.

• If you need to cancel or make changes to your intensive block and you provide between 7 and 45 days notice before your block start date, a $1000 service fee will apply.

• If you need to cancel or make changes to your intensive block and you provide less than 7 days notice before your block start date, 50% of the total intensive fee will be charged.

• If you need to cancel sessions or make changes to your intensive block once the block has started, 100% of the total remaining intensive fee will be charged.

 

Please note that intensive fees may be waived at our discretion for individual circumstances.
